The Ghanaian Students in Korea and Associates (GHASKA) serves as the primary umbrella body for Ghanaian students and academics in the Republic of Korea, as well as an active constituent member of the Global Union of Ghanaian Scholars (GUGS).
Founded in 2015 by visionary student leaders aiming to unite their peers for personal growth and nation-building, GHASKA has grown into a strong national network. Our development was significantly aided by the early guidance and unwavering support of former Consular Officer Mr. Kojo Peprah and officers from the Ghana Embassy in Seoul. Today, GHASKA operates active regional chapters across all provinces of South Korea.
As a non-political, non-religious, and socio-cultural organization, GHASKA is dedicated to advancing the academic success, social connection, and general welfare of its members—supported by the Ghana Embassy, alumni, and institutional partners.
